CHAPTER 1

1. They went to the land of Moab.
2. Ruth returned with Naomi to Bethlehem.

CHAPTER 2

1. The fields of Boaz, a close relative.

CHAPTER 3

1. She instructed Ruth to lay at his feet as a servant after he had eaten and fallen asleep. This was to give him the opportunity to redeem his close relative's property as was the custom of the law.

CHAPTER 4

1. He redeemed the property of Elimelech taking care of Naomi and then married Ruth. Later she bore a son to carry on Elimelech's name.
2. King David was of the line of Boaz.
